About Our Nursery & Us
Our Professionally Built Custom Nursery is attached to our House. It is a Stress Friendly Environment. And, Designed so we can move about freely to various Stations with ease. In a small Breed Puppy Dog Nursery we focused on their weight, size, where to prepare food, clean, wash bedding, administer vacc.dewormers,groom, Play...
Priority was given to having a Homey Atmosphere giving Pupppy Dogs a Positive start to Life. They are exposed to
kitchen sounds, regular interaction with people, kids, and other dogs.
Outside playground was designed for safety. Country life here involves regular visits of all sorts of delightful
wilderness animals such as wolves, coyote packs, bear, racoon, skunk, rabbit, and what appeared to be a mountain
lion according to the tracks in winter snow found around the playground fence. Also, stray dogs are of concern.
Let's not leave out the birds of prey. This include's eagle's, hawks, and Owls who target little dogs.
To cope with this, a higher fence and smaller area doesn't allow Birds to land and take off inside the playground
especially carrying a fighting puppy dog. Birds can circle and hang out watching, but they can't get in!
Along with safety priority is Fun. Puppy dogs need to have space for running, climbing, hide n seek, and war's.
They also, learn about swimming pools. The Teddy Bear Maltese ShihTzu cross puppies love the pool. The Morkies
and Maltese not as much. We have alot of fun watching them!
The Swing door allows them to go out whenever they want. However, doors are closed at night.
Feature's Include:
Secure Locking doors, insulated windows, infloor heating. Temperature Controlled @ 70-75 degrees. AC was
removed, as the room stays cool in the summer.

-Full Room Security System Cam with Smart Phone and Ipad access. This allows us to observe whats going on with
the puppies. Identifying, the 'Ring Leader' :) Also, our Nursery was broken into and our new Stud Dog was taken.
Which we never got back.

About Us
Hello,
Here is a short Introduction of us. Who we are and What we do.
We are Mr.& Mrs. Alexander Popovich. Al & Jenni. We have been married for 39 yrs (shouldn't we get some kind of metal for that?) We also, have raised alittle tribe of kids. (another medal) Much too soon, we are empty nesters with a new journey: grandchildren!
We started our Dog Breeding Career in the mid 80's. Our mentor & Friend to this day, is a Ethical, and Honest Yorkie Breeder with decade's of Breeding Experience. From there we bred the Yorkies, Shorkies, and Morkies. Later adding the Maltese, Maltipoo, and Teddy Bears (maltese/shihtzu).
Over decades this lead us to developing Awesome Proven Bloodlines! That we intend to somehow hold onto. Because, they are priceless and of great value.
We are also, encouraged by helping our customers find trust, love, safety, and happiness with our puppies.
Today, more than ever, we acknowledge having the Right Puppy Dog can help us through these turbulent times. And, can have a way of helping One Achieve their goals in Life.
The essence of our lives today include's: Godly Devotion, Family, Respectable Work, Friends, mini vacations, dinning out, and Aging Gracefully. Our cup runneth over!
